Daniel A. Scaduto

Chief Executive Officer
In 1991, Dan incorporated iS3 and provided large retailers with corporate software systems. As the internet grew, he saw the opportunities at hand and gathered a group of very capable individuals to do commerce on the internet. Out of the minds of this very talented group, STOPzilla was born! Since then, iS3 has grown rapidly in consumer markets and continues to expand its corporate offerings. Dan invested the majority of his net worth to get the company started and is he particularly proud of the fact that iS3 has a strong balance sheet and has been cash-positive since its inception.

Robert Scaduto

President
Robert Scaduto is a founding partner of iS3. He oversees the company's core operations and manages the architecture and design for most of the systems used to facilitate iS3's business. He oversees all software development including iS3's product offerings and internal systems. Additionally, Mr. Scaduto provides leadership to the Research and IT departments. Mr. Scaduto's ability to bridge the gap between business needs and development elegance has allowed iS3 to achieve unprecedented market prominence in the computer security sector. Mr. Scaduto lent his expertise in enterprise architecture to several companies including Comerxia, an international e-commerce provider, and Fanlink, which created and maintained personal Web sites for hundreds of top professional athletes.

Robert Deignan

Executive Vice President
Robert Deignan is a founding partner of iS3 with a successful track record in marketing and sales. As Executive Vice President, Rob is responsible for working with the iS3 executive team on the companies overall business strategy. He and his team are constantly analyzing sales and result data to identify trends, develop recommendations and arm the sales, marketing and development teams with business intelligence to guide future action steps. Rob is responsible for working within all phases of the business to pinpoint new opportunities and to maximize the company's profits.

Rick Trefzger

Chief Operating Officer
Rick is a founding partner of iS3 with a successful track record in business development and sales. As Chief Operating Officer, Rick is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and financial goal management. He and his team are constantly working to ensure quality control of all company output pertaining to customer acquisition and delivery of services. Rick is also responsible for setting operational and performance goals for each department which are ambitious, attainable and tied to long-term goals.

Ben Groshek

Director of Technical Support
Ben has molded iS3's call center into a highly motivated, customer-focused team that services accounts and troubleshoots Spyware and other problems expertly. To expedite diagnostics further, he is currently compiling the vast body of information accumulated by call center staff into a searchable knowledge base, accessible to iS3 subscribers and call center staff alike.

Aren Barge

Director of Customer Relations
Aren is in charge of iS3's call center, which provides technical support, account servicing and sales assistance. He currently trains supervisory personnel and is involved in the ongoing development of customer service software and programs.

Justin Wright

Director of Marketing
With an extensive experience in online marketing and e-commerce, Justin is responsible for all of iS3's online marketing and Web-based business. He was instrumental in the design and development of iS3's tracking system, which logs all sales, clicks, revenues, and downloads in real time. Justin's innovations integrate traditional system monitoring with heavy focus on user capabilities. He and his team are continuously improving the iS3 online experience, and have built agility into iS3's online presence. This enables iS3 to anticipate and respond effectively to the changing online marketplace.

Paul Herdsman

Director of Sales
As Director of Sales for iS3, Inc., Paul is responsible for corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and retail distribution of all products. He oversees the business development and operational execution of contracts with iS3's large and growing network of affiliates and reseller partners. Mr. Herdsman also works closely with iS3 Engineering to develop product enhancements and new products based on customer preferences, new technologies, and industry trends.

Kevin Lacey

Director of Research
Kevin is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of all of iS3 products' capacity to prevent and remove threats. He manages and trains a team of researchers who focus on both reactive and proactive search-and-destroy methodologies regarding new Malware. The innovative tools iS3 uses to expose and identify Malware were developed by Kevin.
