UPDATE
February 5, 2008 - Unscrupulous tactics will not be tolerated by iS3. Preexisting terms and conditions for affiliates call for immediate termination of those found to be using unscrupulous tactics to promote iS3 products. Unscrupulous tactics include but are not limited to: tampering with searches, adware, hijacking, use of Trojans, or any other potentially unwanted software. From this day forward, in addition to being terminated, offenders will be subject to additional punitive damages, including but not limited to immediate cessation of all compensation for any and all sales credited to the affiliate, including all sub-affiliates. Depending on the circumstances of the violation, legal action may be taken to reclaim any compensation previously paid out.

We appreciate the efforts made by our many upstanding affiliates to promote our product in a responsible manner. Unfortunately, a few bad apples have forced us to take a very hard stance. If you have questions regarding the new policies please contact us toll free at 877-877-9944 ext. 107.

Make Money
If you have a high-traffic Web site, and your customers would be interested in a product designed to protect their privacy and security, it's a natural. Any traffic coming to STOPzilla.com from your Web site will earn you at least a 35% commission on net sales. Higher Commissions are available for affiliates reaching certain sales milestones.

Retailers wouldn't tolerate this tactic on their premises; why tolerate it online. Guidelines for Approval
We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we will need to approve your site. Mainly we look for sites that:

• Are aesthetically pleasing


• Do not display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive

Please note that while we try to respond to approval requests quickly, we receive a high volume of approval requests every day. For this reason, you may not hear from us immediately. Please note that if you fail to meet the terms of our agreement we may remove you at any time.

PPC / Trademarks Policy
(a) Purchase or bid for placement of "STOPzilla.com", or any variation or misspelling thereof, within any third party search engine or portal, including but not limited to AOL.com, Yahoo!.com, MSN.com, Google.com, Netscape.com, Excite.com, Overture.com, Ask.com, Looksmart.com, Findwhat.com, Inktomi.com, Lycos.com, Metacrawler.com and Altavista.com is prohibited.

(b) During the term of or after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, use of any mark, name or domain name of any type which is confusingly similar to "STOPzilla" or other "STOPzilla" trademarks is prohibited.

(c) Affiliate keyword bidding on our trademark or any variation or misspelling thereof is allowed under the following guidelines.

1. Affiliates bidding on the word "STOPzilla" or any variation or misspelling thereof cannot outbid or push our bid higher within any third party search engine or portal, including but not limited to AOL.com, Yahoo!.com, MSN.com, Google.com, Netscape.com, Excite.com, Overture.com, Ask.com, Looksmart.com, Findwhat.com, Inktomi.com, Lycos.com, Metacrawler.com and Altavista.com.
2. Affiliates bidding on the word "STOPzilla" or any variation of misspelling thereof must land potential customers at their own affiliate site and not "STOPzilla.com" or any variation thereof.

Affiliates found in violation of these policies will be subject to termination following a single e-mail warning. Affiliates are additionally prohibited from bidding on competitor trademarks and redirecting traffic to the STOPzilla web site.
