ANTIfraud: Top Support Questions

When I open ANTIfraud, Internet Explorer shuts down. Is this a defect?

No, this is not a defect. You just need to change a browser setting.
  1. Close ANTIfraud and open Internet Explorer.
  2. In the Internet Explorer menu bar at the top of your screen, click Tools.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options...
  4. In the Internet Options dialog, click the Advanced tab.
  5. Under the category Browsing, ensure that check box labeled Reuse windows for launching shortcuts is CLEARED (not checked.) If it is checked, click the check box to clear it.
  6. Click OK. This will correct the problem
