ANTIfraud: Top Support Questions
When I open ANTIfraud, Internet Explorer shuts down. Is this a defect?
No, this is not a defect. You just need to change a browser setting.
- Close ANTIfraud and open Internet Explorer.
- In the Internet Explorer menu bar at the top of your screen, click Tools.
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options...
- In the Internet Options dialog, click the Advanced tab.
- Under the category Browsing, ensure that check box labeled Reuse windows for launching shortcuts is CLEARED (not checked.) If it is checked, click the check box to clear it.
- Click OK. This will correct the problem
