If you lose your Master Password, you will lose all data that you have saved in ANTIfraud. There is no "back door" or other means of access by which iS3, the manufacturer of ANTIfraud, can get into your system. Your data really is locked in a Digital ID
TM Vault that only you can open. If you do lose your Master Password, you will need to delete the data file in your computer that holds all of the encrypted personal information you have entered. Then, when you login again, ANTIfraud will behave as though you are logging in for the first time as a new user and activating the software. For detailed instructions on how to delete your database, please see: Lost Master Passwords in the
Online Help system.
