How do I update iS3 ANTIvirus?
To update iS3 ANTIvirus manually:
- Open iS3 ANTIvirus and make sure that the program is displaying the Basic Interface.
- In the menu bar, click Program and select Switch to Basic Interface. (If Switch to Advanced Interface is a menu option, you are already in the Basic Interface.)
- Click Check for Updates. Update files are available on the Internet, on your installation/update CD, or, if you have downloaded updates manually, you can select a folder on your computer or network. Click Internet to display the Internet update dialog. Click Folder to display a dialog that enables you to select folders from as directory. Select the folder in which you have stored your iS3 ANTIvirus update files. If you click OK, iS3 ANTIvirus will search the selected folder for update files and update itself if necessary.
- If you would like iS3 ANTIvirus to remember your choice and not show this dialog again when you check for updates in the future, select (check) the box labeled, Do not ask for the update source next time.
- To exit without performing an update, click Cancel.
To set iS3 ANTIvirus to update automatically:
- Open iS3 ANTIvirus and make sure that the program is displaying the Basic Interface.
- In the menu bar, click Program and select Switch to Basic Interface. (If Switch to Advanced Interface is a menu option, you are already in the Basic Interface.)
- In the menu bar, click Service and from the Service menu, select Schedule Daily Update.
- In the Update dialog, you can configure the time of the update.
