How do I use the Black List?
To view the Black List, right-click the SZ System Tray Icon in the lower right corner of your screen and select View Black List. Or, you can (left) click the System Tray Icon. The system will display the Black List. Place you cursor over any item in the Black List and right-click to configure from the Black List menu as follows:
VIEW Pop-up in SZ Pop-up Viewer - Select an item in the Black List and click this option to examine the contents of the selected Pop-up in a controlled environment with the STOPzilla Pop-up Viewer.
VIEW Pop-up in Default Web Browser - Select an item in the Black List and click this option to open the pop-up in your default Web browser.
ALLOW Selection - Select an item in the Black List and click this option. STOPzilla will automatically allow future viewing of this Pop-up. This option is only available for Pop-ups that have been explicitly blocked.
ALLOW ALL Pop-ups from this Site - Select an item in the Black List and click this option. STOPzilla will automatically allow future viewing of all Pop-ups that come from this URL. This option is only available for Pop-ups that have been explicitly blocked.
BLOCK Selection - Select an item in the Black List and click this option to block future load attempts by this Pop-up automatically. This option is only available for Pop-ups that have been explicitly allowed.
BLOCK ALL Pop-ups from this Site - Select an item in the Black List and click this option. STOPzilla will automatically block future viewing of all Pop-ups that come from this URL. This option is only available for Pop-ups that have been explicitly allowed.
Copy URL to Clipboard - Select an item and click this option to copy the URL. You can then paste it into another application, such as a search engine, in order to find out more about this potential threat.
DELETE Popup from List - Select an item in the Black List and click this option to remove it from the Black List. Any future display attempt by this Pop-up will be looked at as new by STOPzilla. This also serves as a privacy feature, erasing traces of Pop-up attempts that could be seen by other users of your computer.
CLEAR Black List - Click to clear all items from the Black List and removes all entries from STOPzilla?s memory. This means that any future display attempt by all Pop-ups will be looked at as new.
Sort - Sort your Black List entries by Time Ascending & Descending or alphabetically via URL Ascending & Descending.
Help - Opens the STOPzilla context-sensitive HELP System.
To select multiple URLs from the Black List, hold down the CTRL key and select (click) one item then drag your pointer over a group of URLs. To select a range of URLs, click one URL, than press and hold the Shift key while you click the URL at the end of the desired range.
