STOPzilla 5: Top Support Questions
I still see the effects of Spyware with latest version of STOPzilla installed.
What can I do?
First, make sure that you are running the latest definitions of STOPzilla. Double-click the SZ system tray icon in the lower right corner of your screen. By default, STOPzilla opens to the Home console. In the lower right corner of the Home console, click Check for Updates to launch the Updater. Follow the instructions in the Updater dialog. If the problem persists, even with the new updates, call Customer Support, 1-877-877-9944 and we will have the problem fixed very quickly.
